In fact, it's one of the most priceless things I own. Anyone that truly knows me can tell you how big of an Aaliyah I am. I've told the story before but basically a week after she passed I was soo distraught because I always wanted to meet her. I did. In my dreams, I was able to see her, hug her, and talk to her in a really deep conversation. Everything felt so real. I never met her in the physical realm, but I did meet her in the spiritual realm. Such a simple term that's glorified nowadays. Lupe drops his perspective and has a simple yet POWERFUL hook that means a lot. Why settle for being a so called "bad bitch", when you can be a much classier woman, you know? I love the dichotomy and the double entendre that Lupe brings the table regarding the message. A guy doesn't like a bitch...a bitch is bad. However, the so-called bitch thinks that being bad is a good thing. Really interesting how the perception of this is a fantasy, an illusion to the female.
